Welcome
Welcome to Canyon Lake Hills
On behalf of the Canyon Lake Hills Property Owners Association (CLHPOA) Board of Directors, welcome! We look forward to meeting and getting to know you. We have almost 2,500 properties in this wonderful community, which means our property owners' association is one of the largest in the state of Texas.
CLHPOA is governed by a board of volunteer directors who are elected by the community. The Board is responsible for overseeing daily operations and financial management of the Association, and for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and guidelines in accordance with the Deed Restrictions. Please take the time to read through the Declarations, Bylaws, and Deed Restrictions.
Canyon Lake Hills is a neighborhood of restricted home sites. Permits are required to trim or remove trees, build new structures, or add to existing structures.
Waterfront properties are also subject to Federal restrictions. If you own a waterfront property, you should read the US Army Corps of Engineers Adjacent Landowner Information page.
The CLHPOA General Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month. All homeowners are welcome to attend. If you want to address the Board about any topic, email the President in advance to request placement on the agenda.
Subscribe to our newsletter to keep up with community news, social events, pool information, deed restrictions, permits, and safety and security.
CLH offers fun for all! At our community park we share five acres of common area that includes a playground, basketball court, tennis/pickleball court, baseball field, picnic benches, and grill sites. Residents and property owners can rent the pavilion for events. Residents can enjoy the pool with their access card for five months each year beginning in May. Visit the Pool page to apply for a pool card and read the rules for using the pool and associated facilities.
POA assessments are due June 1 of each year. Annual invoices are sent out in May.
Canyon Lake Hills is a self-managed association. Direct general questions about your account to our Property Administrator.
