WELCOME TO CANYON LAKE HILLS

On behalf of the Canyon Lake Hills Property Owners Association (CLHPOA) Board of Directors, welcome! We look forward to meeting and getting to know our property owners. We have almost 2,500 properties in this wonderful community, which means our POA is one of the largest in the state of Texas.

CLHPOA is governed by a board of volunteer directors who are elected by the community. The Board is responsible for overseeing daily operations and financial management of the Association, and for maintaining members’ compliance with the established rules and guidelines in accordance with the Deed Restrictions.

Texas Water Company (TWC) has issued a notice regarding potential lead exposure for some property owners, along with guidance on reducing exposure.

Stage 4 Water Restrictions

Comal County has moved to Stage 4 (Critical) watering conditions.

Rules prohibit all outdoor water use except for uses necessary to sustain livestock and/or vegetable gardens and fruit orchards primarily for household use.
