Swim Season is Nearly Here!
Good news, swimmers! The Board has voted to open the pool early this year — starting Saturday, May 16 instead of the usual June 1, for property owners in good standing who pay their dues early.
To access the pool, you must:
- Have paid your 2026 annual assessment (will be invoiced May 1, 2026)
- Be a member in good standing
You are current on all dues, fees, and assessments, and in full compliance with CLHPOA bylaws, CC&Rs, and rules.
Watch your email for the assessment invoice. Once you've paid and you're in good standing, we will reactivate your pool card.
FAQ
Where do I find the Pool Registration form? Go to canyonlakehillspoa.org → Forms → Pool Access. Email the completed form to pool@canyonlakehillspoa.org as soon as possible so we can activate your card.
I'm a returning resident with a card from last year. Do I need to complete a new form? No. If you had an active pool card last season, you're all set — no new form needed, but your 2026 annual assessment must be paid.
I'm a new resident and have never had a card. What do I do? Complete and email the Pool Registration form as soon as possible so we can activate your card once you meet the access conditions.
My tenant needs pool access. What do I do? You must complete and email the form for any tenant, even a long-standing one.
I lost my pool card. What do I do? Email admin@canyonlakehillspoa.org. You'll receive an invoice for the $35 replacement fee, and the Pool Chairman will arrange card pickup.
I have another question. Email pool@canyonlakehillspoa.org.
We're looking forward to another great year of swimming!
